About the service

Are you a government website?

No. We are a private company with no affiliation to any traffic police department, transport authority or court. We have no special access to their systems. Anyone telling you otherwise is misleading you.

Where does the challan data come from?

A licensed third-party data provider that aggregates challan records. It is not an official government feed, and it can lag behind the authority by a day or two. A very recent challan may not appear immediately.

Can you guarantee my challan will be cancelled?

No, and neither can anyone else. An advocate can make sure your matter is presented properly and nothing is missed procedurally. The decision belongs to the authority or the court.

Checking challans

Why do you need my mobile number?

Challan records show where a vehicle was and when. Verifying a mobile number makes it materially harder for someone to look up a vehicle that is not theirs. The code is single-use and expires in minutes.

My challan is not showing. What now?

Use the Refresh button on the challan page — that queries the provider again. If you hold a physical notice that still does not appear, contact support. We will tell you honestly what the provider returned rather than pretending the challan does not exist.

Can I check someone else's vehicle?

You need access to a mobile number to receive the code. Please only look up vehicles you own or are authorised to act for.

Payments

Why is the total more than the challan amount?

The total is the government fine plus our service fee, and both are shown separately before you pay. The government portion is passed through in full.

I paid but my order still says awaiting payment.

Do not pay again. Our reconciliation job runs every fifteen minutes and completes the order automatically once the gateway confirms. If it is still wrong after an hour, open a support ticket.

Do you store my card details?

No. Payment is handled entirely by the gateway. Card details never reach our servers.

Documents

Why do you need my RC and ID?

The advocate handling your case needs to show the vehicle is yours. Without that, they cannot act for you.

Who can see my documents?

You, and the single advocate assigned to your case. Nobody else, including most of our own staff. Files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, stored outside the web directory, and every access is logged — including refused attempts.

What happens to my documents afterwards?

They are retained while the matter is open and for the period set out in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete them; some records must be kept for statutory reasons, and we will tell you which.

Court-presence challans

Why can't you handle my drunk driving challan?

Because the law requires the registered owner to appear before a magistrate in person. It is not a limitation of our service — no service can appear on your behalf for that offence. We will not take money pretending otherwise.

What can you do instead?

We can connect you with an empanelled advocate who practises in the relevant court, to help you prepare. That is a separate engagement.

Timelines

How long does resolution take?

It depends on the state, the offence and the court's listing schedule — from a few weeks to considerably longer. We show you the real stage your matter is at rather than a made-up estimate.
